Hospital in the Home is an alternative to a traditional hospital stay.
Under the supervision of hospital doctors and nurses, eligible patients receive acute care such as IV antibiotics, wound management or regular monitoring.
You are still an admitted hospital patient, but your home becomes the ward.
Once your hospital team discharges you from HITH, Physio Inq clinicians can continue your recovery journey and ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home.
