The Story So Far

Physio Inq started as a family-owned business with a simple goal: to bring person-centred allied health services to people in their own communities. We started as clinician-led and continue to be so.

Our founders, Jonathan and Irene, are still with the organisation today, and that original goal still shapes how we work.

What began as a small business in Sydney is now a team of more than 500 people delivering the full suite of mobile community allied health services. We work in every Australian capital city and across many major regional centres, while keeping local teams and local relationships at the centre of how we operate.

We know it's the people who make us who we are. Our clinicians are supported through ongoing professional development and personal growth, because the quality of care our communities receive depends on it.

Physio Inq exists to provide reliable, experienced and forward-thinking care. We're passionate about Australians living a life with less limits.

Growing into Pinq

As Physio Inq has grown, so has the range of support people need from us. What started as purely allied health has broadened to include aged care, which is a different offering serving different needs and different people.

That growth is why we created Pinq.

Pinq is the umbrella that brings our services together, with two brands sitting within it.

Pinq Care delivers aged care support: the practical, everyday assistance that helps people stay independent at home and connected to their communities, including support for people using Support at Home funding.

Pinq Health is the allied health arm: bringing together physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and exercise physiology. This is the work Physio Inq has always done, and Physio Inq will become Pinq Health as the transition progresses.

Nothing is merging and nothing is being acquired. It's one organisation with clearer names for what we do.

The reason for the change comes down to clarity. Someone using both aged care support and allied health should understand how those services relate. A referrer should be able to send a client to us without working out which entity does what.

What doesn't change are our clinicians, our teams, and our commitment to the communities we work in.
